I’m here for you with a full list of wedding marketing services
You know, I do so much more than just sit here and pontificate on all things wedding marketing. Sometimes you just need some help. How can Think help you today?
Do you just need an honest opinion on why your website isn’t working? I get it. you’ve worked so hard and invested so much but it doesn’t seem to be doing what you expected. I’ve designed a couple of hundred of these things and reviewed even more. I will look at your design, your copy, your SEO all from the point of view of your target market. You get a full report on the good, the bad and the ugly and a list of what you need to do to fix it.
You are a hands-on kind of person and are very active in the build and management of your WordPress website but sometimes things just aren’t working the way you had hoped. Let me help. Tell me what you need from design tweaks to plugin integration and I’ll dig in and get it done.Sometimes it is smarter to ask for a tiny bit of help than struggling through a learning curve on a skill you aren’t ever going to need again. Yes, I know you could do it yourself but really, wouldn’t those hours you would spend figuring it out be better spent marketing your business and taking care of clients?
Your website is your primary marketing tool. Your brides view it on their mobile devices and they want to get the information they need in a quick and easy way. You need great galleries, great navigation, and great SEO on a mobile-responsive platform and you need to be able to update it yourself easily.
If you are missing any of those things, it is time for an upgrade. Don’t waste your time and treasure on your social media, buying ads online or in print until you have a top-notch website to bring that traffic to. What good does it do if the minute they take a look at your old outdated website they toss you out of the mix of potential vendors?
Blog Post Analysis
You’re blogging your little tushie off but no one is reading it? What’s wrong here? Let me take a look at it. You send me 3 of your blog post to review. Let me have a look at how you have optimized them. Then let me pick them apart and rewrite them. I will send them back and tell you exactly what I did and why I did it. That is the important part because it is the old story about teaching you to fish instead of just giving you a fish. You will be able to go forward as a better blogger with confidence.
By now you know that it’s the pictures that catch brides attention but that doesn’t mean that your copy isn’t important.
In fact, words can be the most important part of your marketing.
Once your pictures have pulled in the brides, it will be your words that hook them. The copy on your website is the first time the will hear your ‘voice’. It should be clear, concise and reflect your personality.
More importantly, the words on your website, both pages, and blog posts, are what Google and the other search engines use to rank your website.
When you write for the web, you are writing for two distinct entities: your reader and the search engines. Although they are getting closer, they still have different criteria. You have to make sure that you are including the very important keywords for search but in a conversational tone that will appeal to your potential clients. Here is the thing, what good does it do if your copy is super-duper optimized but it just sounds stupid and creepy to your potential clients?
Another thing to think about is the style of writing. Writing for the web and writing for print aren’t the same thing. What looks good on the web looks short and choppy in print. What works in print becomes a wall of text online.
I have been writing for both print and web for over 20 years. What can I write for you? Blog posts, web pages, magazine copy, emails?

Email Drip Campaign
You know you need to do something with all those leads pouring in from your website and the bridal shows but you haven’t a clue what it is. Sending out one or two emails isn’t going to get it. You need a drip campaign through a platform like A Weber, Mail Chimp or Constant Contact. Setting up something like that certainly isn’t beyond your skill level but the question is whether or not that is the best use of your time. That is where I come in. I have used all of those platforms and a few others along the way, I can get you set up and running in no time at all then you just let the auto-responder do the work. Groovy, now those leads can start converting to clients instead of just sitting on your hard drive.
Whether you just need the system set up or you need custom crafted emails too, I’m your girl.
Bridal Show Booth Design
One of the most popular search terms that people use to find Think Like A Bride has to do with Bridal Show Booth design. You have invested the money, you have your booth but you have no idea what to do with that 10′ x 10′ piece of real estate. Been there done that. In fact, I wrote the book on it. Every vendor is unique and every vendor has different goals for judging their return on investment. The problem is usually based around you not having enough time to plan in advance coupled with the fact that you are just too close to the situation to take an objective view. Why not get a second opinion?
Let’s have a chat about your business and what point you want to get across with your bridal show presence. Then together we can design a booth that hits your marks along with all the collateral to support it. Including ideas for your email follow-up. Score!
This is the big enchilada. You feel like you have no clue how to market your business. Your branding may suck, but you don’t even know if that’s true. You know you are good at what you do but just don’t know how to tell the rest of the world. You are being pitched from every direction by people telling you that their product is all the marketing you will ever need. You are pretty sure that’s not true, but their pitch sounds good. There just isn’t enough money to advertise everywhere that everyone is telling you to be. HELP!!
Whoa, hang on my friend.
Let’s talk this through logically. Let’s define your target market down to a laser view. Let’s find out what their pain points are and where they are looking for answers. Let’s discover where the clients you want are REALLY coming from. Then let’s build a layered plan, adding each piece by building on the one before it.
You can effectively market your wedding business once you have a rock solid plan of attack.
Come, have a seat on my couch (metaphorically speaking) and let’s come up with the plan that is not only tailor-made for your unique business but is also one that you are comfortable with built with your input by someone who knows what the heck they are doing. Let me give you the tools that work for you.
