Have you ever wanted to just pick my brain?
Well you can you know.
Marketing is tough.
Especially when you are marketing to that ever shifting, fickle target we call brides. What worked last year may not work this year and what worked in one market may not hit in another.
Now I know that you have been reading my blog posts and the articles on Think, but sometimes you just need a little something more. You may need a fresh set of eyes to help define your target or to figure out where they are lurking. Sometimes you may just need a kick in the rear to get you going. That’s what I do.
For years now I have been bringing clarity to the murky realm of wedding marketing. Ask anyone that knows me or has been a client and you will hear the same thing. They learned more in an hour of picking my brain than they have in a year of trying to figure it out on their own.
You have read enough of my posts to know my style. I don’t pull any punches in my articles and I won’t with you either. I’m going to tell it to you like it is.
Here is how it works. We have a brief conversation where I find out what your unique issues are. I want to know about your current and past marketing, your target market and where you want to go. Once we agree that we are a fit we set an appointment for our first hour of consulting. In between I’ll go out and research your market, look over your current materials and develop a plan for you. Then the real fun starts.
For an hour you get to pick my brain not only about the plan I have put together but about the rest of what’s bugging you about your wedding business. I am always amazed at what comes up in these fun and lively discussions. We never fail to uncover things you never thought of, which of course, lead to even more discoveries. By the time we are finished, you have homework and a pack of fresh ideas spinning around your mind.
In about a month’s time we do a follow up hour. By then you should be well on your way to implementing your fresh, updated marketing and I’ll be there to keep you on track.
Think of me as your sounding board, muse, marketing shrink and personal handler. Come spend a couple of sessions on my virtual couch and see how much better you feel about your business when we are done.

“In our weekly contact with hundreds of people, the common thoughts shared by all seem to blend together. To its end, its how we formulate news stories, form a consensus and confirm the general, broad views of the public. However, on occasions when we find views and information that says the same thing but is presented at a higher level of eloquence and thought process, we gravitate to the source. This has been the case with Christine Boulton; she’s simply fantastic. Every thought well-conceived, every sentence well-placed and every step she takes makes sense. Recently, Christine thanked us for having her as a source—but it is we that are thankful to be able to pick up the telephone and be able to confirm our suspicions or told we’re off base and the best part is, she can tell us why. We highly recommend Christine and look forward to many years of collaboration. Paul Pannone” March 1, 2010

As a wedding floral designer, I do not have the time, or the energy, to spend hours of research on how best to market my business. Yes, I am constantly researching the wedding industry, to be sure, to keep up with the latest styles, colors and designs for use in my business. However, Christine does that for me..that IS her business to know the marketing trends in the wedding industry and how to reach this generation of brides, plus her extraordinary talent as a web designer
…so I simply listen to her!
